Over thirty years of experience in environmental remediation of mining related wastes, regulatory negotiations, bioremediation of mining wastewaters, auditing and permitting and project/resource management. Worked closely with design and implementation of biotreatment technologies. An integral part of implementing a biotreatment facility in West Fork, Missouri that was awarded Best Project in the State by the American Consultants and Engineering Council. Extensive experience in soil and water characterization studies on mine and smelter properties throughout North America.

Responsible for negotiating work plans and acting as liaison between industry and regulators. Analyzed thousands of soil samples using portable X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) equipment.

Mr. Dean has ten years of experience in the environmental industry. He has conducted numerous field investigations using sophisticated water and soil sampling equipment in a variety of settings. Dan has provided site management on contaminated development projects, is responsible for collecting soil and water samples, submitting samples to the laboratory for analysis, preparation of CAD drawings and preparation of various environmental plans and reports.
Prior to RMC he worked in California on fishery studies tagging and tracking spring Chinook salmon on the Trinity River and collecting field data for the preparation of hydrologic models on the South Fork of Battle Creek.

Mr. Hagerty is a civil/environmental engineer with over twenty years of experience in the environmental and civil engineering consulting industry. Mr. Hagerty is a registered Professional Engineer in several states and his areas of competency include project management, construction management, construction QA/QC, residential remediation, bioremediation, metals remediation, in-situ treatment, sediment management, storage tank compliance, wetland design and mitigation, remedial design, stormwater management, landfill design and compliance, dam inspection and design, environmental regulatory compliance and environmental insurance support.

Mr Clapier has over thirty years experience as a biologist/ecologist for both the U.S. Government and the Private Sector with a B.S. degree in Botany from Utah State University and a B.S. degree in Zoology from Weber State University. He has conducted multiple habitat surveys including vegetative, terrestrial and aquatic habitat analyses on a diverse range of sites throughout the western United States. His federal work experience includes U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and the National Park Service.

James has experience with a variety of environmental projects including reclamation of mine sites and managing pilot biotreatment studies on highly contaminated mine water. At REMC, James is responsible for collecting soil and water samples, submitting samples to the laboratory for analysis, data management and preparation of technical reports.
